I used an 8" white square card. Added extra 3D squares under the Happy Birthday text to create a raised effect. Glued 6mm royal blue iridescent pearls on the opposite corners. Attached metal charm spanners from Printable Heaven with Collall tacky glue.
Attached the matching insert inside with d/s tape.
