I used an 8" white square card to create the decoupage. Added extra 3D squares under the Merry Christmas banner to create a raised effect. Glued 6mm gold pearls on the opposite corners and the engine. Added 3mm yellow gemstones on the text banner.

Attached the matching insert inside with d/s tape.
