I printed off the decoupage sheet and cut out the base image using a paper trimmer and small scissors to cut out the decoupage layers. I affixed the base layer using double sided tape and the decoupage layers using foam squares. I then added the "happy birthday" greeting to the top of the card using foam squares.

This card will appeal to rev heads or indeed anyone who loves classic cars and the lovely shape of the car makes it so easy to cut out.
