Used an 8 " square card. Glued 6mm royal blue and Christmas green iridescent pearls on the opposite corners. Added extra 3D squares under the Happy Birthday banner. Attached 2mm gold pearls on the banner. Added Dovecraft crystal glitter glue highlights on the smoke.
Attached the matching insert with d/s tape.
