I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I matted and layered the main image using gold mirri card and pale blue card then mounted it onto blue stock card ...I then added the decoupage using foam pads...to finish the card I added one of the sentiments...the depth of the decoupage is amazing...a beautiful design suitable for male or female.
