I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I matted and layered the main image with pink/white card and mounted it onto a white base card...I then added the decoupage using foam pads and silicone gel...to finish the card I added a bow to the dress and the spine of the card and some little crystals...this is a gorgeous design suitable for various occasions.
