A great design x
I printed the image on matte photo paper and cut out the elements and mounted with foam pads
I added the topper to the card base with double sided tape and added a satin ribbon bow and my choice of sentiment to finish

I printed the sheets onto matte photo paper, cut out the pieces and mounted the main image onto an 8x8 " card.
I added the layers using sticky pads and completed the card with some peel off borders and embellishments in the corners
