I printed onto a silky card stock and cut out the the pattern pieces. I used a CUP 8x8” card blank for this design. Using 3 in 1 glue, I first added the main pattern piece to the blank leaving a white border all around.

Then the doctors were cut and added with foam. Next I added the thank you foils and added a rose for each hero doctors. I added more decoupage and plastic gems. The inserts were added and both insert sides.
