I mounted onto an 8 x 8 card with a punched ribbon border and decoupaged all the pieces using sticky pads.

I threaded blue spotty ribbon through the punched border and added matching blue spotty card candy to each corner.

I added my chosen sentiment to the top right to finish off this stunning design
