I love this Christmas design. Perfect for guinea pig lovers, or for selling on behalf of a guinea pig rescue centre. It features an adorable Agouti guinea pig sitting on a festive red hat with white fur trimming.

I printed out the design onto gloss card and cut out the circles by hand (if you have a Brother Scan n Cut, then you could easily use that).

I then layered up the main design using liquid glue. This was matted and layered onto red metallic card, and then some base kraft card to make the actual greetings card.

I cut some decorative stars from the same metallic red card.

The final touch is some cotton wool to make the top of the Christmas hat fluffy! I printed the insert onto plain paper, and trimmed it to fit in the card. There is also a gift tag in this set.

I will be making lots more of this card and selling it to raise funds for Nibbles Rabbit & Rodent Rescue in Wales - where I should be adopting two older guinea pigs from very soon.
