Boats - Sailing Ship - Pyrimage/Pyramid + Insert & TagCompleted by Margarette Blakeborough

I added the ribbon sentiment to one of the sheets before printing on matte card. I made this as an over the top card adding the picture to a matching border cut base card.

I added the decoupage with foam squares, used Glossy Accents mixed with opal glitter to highlight the water and just the glitter on the sentiment. then finished with the gems.
