I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I mounted the main image onto a white base card and added the decoupage using foam pads and silicone gel...to finish the card I added a bow and little pearls...this is a beautiful elegant design suitable for lots of occasions.
