Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. Cut out all the elements, and used DST to attach the Topper to a White card. I then used DST to attach the Insert. I used Foam Pads to add the Decoupage elements. I then scored and folded the gift card.
This is a wonderful design, and very easy to make up.
