This is a lovely design. I used my Cricut Maker to cut out all the decoupage pieces. The decoupage was built using foam dots and Collal all purpose glue which is quick drying but allows time to reposition pieces.

I printed the sheets on ultra white card.

It is a very straightforward card to make, giving a lovely finish. Adding an owl on the back of the card finished it nicely.
