I resized the image to fit this 5 x 7" card and printed onto smooth card. I cut out the main element and the first 2 layers of decoupage.

I mounted a layer of blue card onto a white card black then a layer of rainbow mirror followed by another blue layer before the main image, all using double sided tape.

I added the decoupage and sentiment using foam pads. I added flat backed pearls and the matching insert.
