Fairy Tales - Practically Perfect - Promenade - Special 3D Decoupage + Insert & TagCompleted by Darlene Handorff

I printed onto good grade white smooth card stock. I increased the lighting slightly as It seemed darker than I realized. The pattern pieces were cut and I measured and cut for a 7 inch card blank which I made from scrapbook pages.

I first glued a gold frame from my stash and then the main pattern was added with wet glue to center the pattern.

Then the DST was used to hold in place. After the first pattern I cut out a small Eiffel Tower was added. The next two decoupage layers were put down flat and outlined to show depth. Last was the lady with the parasol was added with foam to decoupage.

Finally the front was given a little gold dusting in places. Two inserts were placed as instructed. I dis not use some of the smaller decoupage however it turned out great.
