Cut out all the pieces to start. Using roller tape adhesive I glued the main gnome picture and insert to the backing design sheet. Carefully cut the backing sheet to shape. Then using 2mm adhesive foam pads I attached the front decoupage pieces.
Using the same foam pads I then built up the layers of the gnome.
