I used an 8" white square card. Attached self-adhesive lace ribbon from Printable Heaven along the borders. Added extra 3D squares under the "Just For Yoooooou" text. Glued 2mm silver pearls on the Skeletons and 4mm silver pearls on the oval and mobile.

Attached the matching insert inside with d/s tape.
