Hot Air Balloons - Balloon Flight Clear Saphire Skys 2 - 3D Decoupage + Insert & TagCompleted by Brenda Rackett

I made this acetate window card and matching gift box using these fantastic hot air balloons, adding extra balloons from the small tag, all cut out using my Scan N Cut, also made a chocolate box, framed picture for the wall, a tag and small card, ideal for a notelet.

I used glue gel and red tape, 300gsm card stock and extra light blue card stock, all edged with a permanent black pen.
