I printed onto matt photo paper,cut out the parts ,and followed the instructions to join insert sheets with strong DST , then added front and back using flat glue.

I decoupaged with silicone gel.

I added a narrow white glitter border frame inside the blue frame, glued 2 tiny blue buttons to the mittens and finished with a pretty 3D pearls snowflake.

What an adorable design! I love this cute little bear! A beautiful card.
