Sea Fishing II - 3D Decoupage + Insert & TagCompleted by Margarette Blakeborough

I added the picture to a matching base card with the sentiment then printed all on matte card. I used foam squares to add the decoupage , Glossy Accent on the rod and reel and finished with gold glitter on the sentiment and the reel .

I think I should have decoupaged the sea gull as well.
