I printed off the decoupage sheet and cut out the base image using a paper trimmer and small scissors to cut out the decoupage layers. I affixed the base layer using double sided tape and the decoupage layers using foam squares. I finished off the card by adding the "You're the Best' tag.

What a fantastic soccer design.

I printet the sheet on a good quality of photopaper. I cut out the parts and layered with foam pads. I finished the card with some coordinated rhinestones.
