I have designed card that can be used on any birthday or anniversary between 0-99. It comes in 2 parts one card front and one step by step with a insert. If you don't like step by step you can just use the card part.
Just spin the circles to choose the number. All instructions are on the sheet

I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and decoupaged the pieces onto the front. I followed the instructions to assemble the age circles and attached them as indicated. Then I added the insert to disguise these.
To complete the card I added a faux gem to the bodice. This is a great design that can be used over and over, with the year personalising it for each recipient.
