I used a 7" white square card. Added extra 3D squares to create the "Just For You " banner".
Glued 3mm blue/purple pearls on the banner and 3mm gold pearls on the border.
Attached the matching insert inside with d/s tape.
Created the matching envelope with d/s tape and Collall tacky glue
