The Simpsons - CHIEF WIGGUM Mini KitCompleted by Simply Paper

I printed off the decoupage sheet and cut out the base image using a paper trimmer and small scissors to cut out the decoupage layers. I affixed the base layer using double sided tape and the decoupage layers using foam squares.

This card is not just for fans of the tv show but also perhaps for someone in the police force or even someone who loves their doughnuts as much as Chief Wiggum does.
