I printed off the decoupage sheet and cut out the base image using a paper trimmer and small scissors to cut out the decoupage layers. I affixed the base layer using double sided tape and the decoupage layers using foam squares.

What a great card to give to a doctor, a fan of the tv show or just someone with a great sense of humour.
