I printed off the decoupage sheet and cut out the base image using a paper trimmer and small scissors to cut out the decoupage layers. I affixed the base layer using double sided tape and the decoupage layers using foam squares.

This would be perfect to give someone who is turning an age they would rather forget or perhaps for a retirement.
