Tying The Knot 4 - Weddings & Handfastings - 3D Decoupage + Matching Insert & Tag Completed by Margarette Blakeborough

I added the sentiment panel to one of the sheets before I printed on matte card, I border cut the sentiment panel then added the picture and other elements with foam squares on to a black base card.

I used pale pink glitter on the roses and mint glitter on the edge of the sentiment panel, picture and the ribbons.

I added the gems to finish.
