I have printed motif on good quality photo paper, cut out the pieces and assembled with double-sided adhesive pads. I've rounded edges a bit and made a card in white cardboard with a frame in matching purple and white frames as ground under the design.

I have decorated with a little glitter on the rings and punched out CONGRATULATIONS in the corner
