Victorian hat Completed by Ann Davies

I printed the card sheet onto photo paper and insert onto plain paper. I cut out the main square topper and added it to a 7-inch square card blank. I cut out the smaller square and hat decoupage piece and added them using double sided foam pads. I cut out the insert and added it to the inside of the card with double sided tape
