I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I layered the main image onto a black diecut mat and mounted it onto a white card...I applied the decoupage using foam pads...to finish the card I added little pearls and a bow...this is a gorgeous design suitable for lots of different ocassions.
