I printed this design onto thick cardstock paper and attached it to a scalloped card purchased at Cup with double sided tape .

I attached the deco using foam tape , i then added clear jewels to the head band of the bride and pearls at the corner.

I will be gifting this to my cousin for his wedding today xo
