Printed on to good quality glossy photo paper. Cut out all pieces including the center of the main piece. Attached the insert to the back piece using a fast drying wet glue. Scored and folded where directed. Attached front and back pieces together on bottom using double sided sticky tape.

Punched out holes on top of all three pieces at once and attached together using white ribbon. Attached other pieces using foam pads. It says female to female but I think it could also be used for male to female. Comes with its own envelope.
