The Purr-fect PairCompleted by Helen Howell Designs

I printe main card and decoupage onto 200gsm gloss paper and insert and envelope onto silk paper. I attached main card topper to a prepared card base with glue tape and also attached insert the same way.

Decoupage was added using foam squares and a little of of glitter was added to give an extra sparkle.
