As this artwork is quite big, and I didn't have an 8 x 8 card base, I decreased the size of the topper and made it for a 5x7 card which worked well.

Decoupaged all the layers and accented it with some sticky pearls to match the purple colours.

Double sided tape and double sided cushion tape.
