I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I matted and layered the main image with a gold diecut mat and mounted it onto a cream base card...I then added the decoupage using foam pads and silicone gel...to finish the card I added little pearls, glitter and a gold bow...this is a beautiful design.
