Printed on matte photo paper and cut our all sections after scoring and folding where indicated. Attached decoupage with foam pads. This design includes instructions but it was really easy to put together this fun and fabulous card.

Designer provides so many options for decoupage, you could make this card a dozen times and in a dozen different ways.
