I printed the topper sheet 2 times on glossy photo paper. I used the second print to cut out just the wings and curved them slightly. I also printed the sentiment/decoupage sheet on glossy photo paper. I printed the insert sheet with the poem on white copy paper.

I chose the black rose decoupage and a sentiment and cut them and the tear drops out. I inked all the cut edges with black except the wings. I used thin foam tape to mount the topper on a black card base and added the two roses stacked with thin foam tape in between and the tears..

Used extra thick foam tape to add the wings and thin foam tape for the sentiment. Used double stick tape to add poem to the inside.
