I printed the sheet on glossy photo paper. I colored the base sheet using watercolor pens with bright colors. On the base I just outlined the middle flowers. I then colored the center dimension flowers cut them out and raised them with foam tape.
The center smiley faces were coated with Glossy Accent to give them more dimension. This was all attached to a white embossed card. This sheet makes a happy image to brighten someone?s day.
