This cute little Japanese manga-style girl is perfect to give to someone who is sick or going through a rough time. She is standing with her umbrella (with decoupage elements) under a little string of bunting raindrops.
The card tends to stand better when it has a card insert, which you can out of your own paper or use the associated insert available here.

Just so you can see what a finished card looks like.
I printed the card onto gloss photo paper and cut out the card shape, the bunting flags and the decoupage layers for the little girl. I used thin foam tape to add the decoupage layers. I used wool to hang my bunting, but you could use embroidery floss, string, fishing line etc. I have also included the insert in this card.
