I printed off the decoupage sheet and cut out the base image using a paper trimmer and small scissors to cut out the decoupage layers. I affixed the base layer using double sided tape and the decoupage layers using foam squares.

This design is really different and when placed on a backing of polka dot paper, it really shows off the clock. Good value as you get not one design but two.
