There is added shadow to lighter areas of the decoupage so outline is easier to see when cutting out. There are two shades of blue n white door hangers available - this is the lighter one.

The image was printed on 250gsm smooth white card. The decoupage elements were added using glue gel. The hanger was assembled using wet glue.
I printed out sheet onto heavyweight matt photopaper, cut out and folded down centre,then added decoupage to both sides with foam pads.
