Official Tooth Fairy Certificate - Blonde Fairy
These cute certificates are perfect to give to a little girl to make losing her tooth that bit more special! Simply print out, fill in the details, and leave under their pillow with a small coin ;-)
I have added two to a page for value, they can be laminated after completing the details if you wish. (Each certificate will be slightly smaller than A5 when printed. After all, fairies are very small)

What a great little novelty item - the kids are going to love these. I printed out the sheet and cut out each certificate. Then choosing a few matching colours of cardstock which I cut in half - adhered the certificates onto with DST.
I purchased all three Tooth Fairy Certificate Sheets and after making them all up, sent a pack off to my cousins.
You could also print the certificates smaller if you wish and embellish them - but I just love them as is.
