I printed this sheet onto good quality photographic paper and cut out all the parts. I attached a piece of hearts vellum to an A5 card blank and added the main image to this. I then mounted the wheel and arrow onto card.

I attached the wheel to the main image with foam pads and added the arrow fixed with a brad so that the arrow can turn.

I added the hearts and also added a banner and heart gems.
