Card Age Badges Girl's BirthdayCompleted by Jan Plimmer

I printed the badges directly onto card and cut out the circles, and the numbers and teddy to decoupage. I used foam pads to attach this. I then used a cream square 5"X 5" card blank and attached a pink dotty paper to 2/3rds of the card front.

I attached the badge with foam pads and finished the card with a pink ribbon bow at the bottom right corner.
