Print design three times. Fold piece of White card to fit design.Stick the design to it.

Cut out the design again cutting out around the fans. and cutting up to the fan above. stick this diagonal cut design to main at the fold side of the card. cut out extra fan tops 3d foam pad these onto main fans.

Using the tassel part from the fans and stick these at the greeting corners. Add Black peel off lines.
