I printed this sheet onto 220gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main image directly onto a white base card and cut around the top right corner to get the over the edge look and added all the decoupage using foam pads.

To finish I added green gems to the cake. (As one who puts the fire brigade on standby when my birthday candles are lit, I can sympathise with the 'young' lady here!!)
