I just love this card. I printed it onto glossy photo paper. Using an A5 card blank I added a yellow textured handmade paper that I wavy trimmed. On that I placed red gingham wavy trimmed paper.
I then built up the cupcake using foam tape and added the 'Happy Birthday'. This would be ideal for anyone's birthday.
