Balancing Penguins Christmas Over the SideCompleted by RandMCards

Printed the page onto quality matte photo paper. I cut out all the elements, and mounted the card base onto a white card, and then cut around the letters along the edge of the card.

I carefully layered all the elements using both silicone (for the smaller pieces) and 3d dimensional foam tape. I used xmas red stickles for the berries on the hats, and used some silver peel off snowflakes to add some more POP to this cute card.
