Used an A5 white card. Glued 6mm royal blue iridescent pearls on the opposite corners. Added 4mm Gorjuss royal blue, red and purple gems on the panel. Added extra 3D squares under the panels to create a raised effect.
Added 3 rows of 3D squares under NOEL to make it stand out.
